Awesome Stay with Great Service

Had a lovely time chilling by the pool bar while listening to smooth tunes. The staff were super nice and attentive, especially Princess at check-in. Our room stayed spotless, and the food was good, but honestly, the presentation was way better than the taste. Still loved the breakfast options!

Impressive customer service from the staff.

My stay was far from enjoyable. The room I booked was not what I received upon check-in, which was incredibly disappointing. I felt misled about the price and the meal inclusions as well, and to make things worse, the dining options were quite limited, forcing me to leave the hotel for meals.
