Everything was outstanding here!
The hotel was fairly clean, luxurious, had very very helpful staff on check-out. There were huge, extremely pleasant rooms with club lounge access. The location was perfect - within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. This venue was in a very nice area close enough to 2 big malls, SM Megamall, and the Shangri-La Plaza.

The room was a nice size and brand-new with a memorable view of a well-maintained garden and pool. The location was the best possible, so close to more shops offering more reasonable prices, the equally luxurious mall, and the center of Ortigas. The bathroom was spacious and well-equipped with hairdryers, terry robes, and towels.

I ate at a pleasant restaurant with the food at Paparrazi restaurant. It was perfect and had a good view of well-maintained garden and pool. The location was marvellous and best possible, just a short walk away from Lopez Museum and Library. You could walk to a supermarket and a grocery shop.
